We want you to be fully satisfied with your Stan Ray purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that all returns must include original tags and proof of purchase to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all Stan Ray tags are still attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
